We are focused on ensuring that your experience with us is memorable for all the right reasons. Unfortunately life is not all fun and games. As with every business, we run on policies and procedures that help us to ensure that every guest receives the same level of attention, care and respect. Below you will find the various policies that help us keep our environment running smoothly.

  • Payment is due in full at time of service
  • Children under 16 not receiving services are not permitted in the spa.
  • If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment charge (Emergencies are understandable).
  • All bookings require a credit card to confirm the reservation. If in the event that you need to cancel we ask that you provide 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
  • Any promotional flyers, coupons or gift certificates must be surrendered at time of service in order to receive credit.
  • We Accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex Credit Cards
  • Current Spa Finder and Spa Wish Partners
  • A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned payments
  • Our Therapist’s time is in high demand, please be courteous and arrive on time to your appointment. We cannot guarantee full service time for late arrivals. Please call if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you.
