Responsible Nail Care

A Premier Massage & Day Spa is located in Aurora, IL.  Our nail salon utilizes a medical grade implement sterilizer (same as your dentist) to kill 100% of the bacteria on our implements after each use.  Our nail files and buffers are individually wrapped and disposed of after each client.  We disinfect our pedicure tubs with an approved EPA registered hospital grade disinfectant that we run through the tub for 10 minutes after each client.  We wash our hands before we touch our clients and we ask our clients to wash their hands before their manicure (state law requires this to decrease the spread of bacteria and illness).

We hope to see you soon for your next pedicure, no-chip manicure or gel enhancement service, but give us a call, because due to our demand in the industry we don’t often have the ability to take walk-ins, but then again neither does your medical doctor.

Our gel no-chip manicures are complete with a meticulous manicure with full attention to nail and cuticle maintenance.  With proper care, your polish will last 2-3 weeks. Please note: If you are coming in with no-chip products from another salon or dip there will be an additional charge for removal.  Please let us know when booking as these removals take additional time than what is given with the standard Gel-Manicure appointments.

Express Manicure

Our express manicure includes nail shaping, cuticle cleanup and an application of traditional nail polish.

Hydrating Manicure

Our hydrating manicure includes nail shaping, cuticle cleanup, and a hydrating paraffin masque complete with a hand massage.  Finished with an application of traditional nail polish.

Little Princess Manicure

(ages 9 and under)

Our Little Princess is perfect for your little girl.  We will shape and file her nails and gently push back cuticles before applying traditional nail polish.

Nail Enhancements

We offer Gel nail enhancements for clients who want strength and durability without the weight of traditional acrylics. Our hard gel enhancement product is comprised of Keratin to bond to our nail plate, which is also made of Keratin, and is also the protein found in our nails. This means that our nail enhancements are not only safe for your nails, but also have less lifting and complications because our body doesn’t see it as a foreign substance, since the chemistry is similar.

Beware of shops that are selling Acrylic nails as Gel nails. Know that Gel is ALWAYS and ONLY a honey consistency, and is NEVER a 2-part liquid and power process, there is NO powder in Gel. Also dipping powder is Acrylic, NOT gel!! We have had many clients who were under the impression that they had Gel nails from another establishment, when in fact they realized during our filling process that it was much different than anything they had ever seen, and was in fact Acrylic with a gel topcoat instead, which should have been much less expensive. Not only does this poor practice cost the client more money, but it also presents a challenge when filling. Acrylic bonds to acrylic and Gel bonds to Gel, the two should not be mixed. If after reading this, you discover this is happening to you, don’t fret, we can get you straightened out by removing your acrylic and starting fresh with Gel.

Traditional Pedicures

Express Pedicure

Our Express pedicure includes nail shaping, cuticle cleanup, callous softener and foot filing followed by an application of traditional nail polish. This pedicure is designed to maintain already well cared for feet. For a more intensive pedicure, check out our Intensive Pedicure.

Hydrating Pedicure

Our Hydrating pedicure includes nail shaping, cuticle cleanup, callous softener and foot filing.  Beyond the basics, we also use our seasonal body products that include an exfoliating scrub and top it off with a hydrating lower leg and foot massage as well as a hydrating paraffin alternative treatment to complete your service.  The service is finished with an application of traditional nail polish.

Intensive Pedicure

Our Intensive pedicure goes beyond the basics of pedicuring. All aspects of foot care of addressed with this comprehensive pedicure. Special care and time is allowed to care for even the most stubborn of callouses, cuticles and curvature nails. An intensive callous treatment is included if necessary. This pedicure is designed to care for feet that are harder to manage.
