Alternatively, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete our new client intake form if you are unable to do this in advance.

Our Policies
- Payment is due in full at time of service.
- All bookings require a credit card to confirm the reservation. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment charge (Emergencies are understandable).
- Our Therapist’s time is in high demand, please be courteous and arrive on time to your appointment. We cannot guarantee full service time for late arrivals. Please call if you are running late and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Any promotional flyers, coupons or gift certificates must be surrendered at time of service in order to receive credit.
- We Accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex Credit Cards
- Current Spa Finder and Spa Wish Partners (Independent Beauty Professionals operating inside our facility are not able to accept these payment methods)
- Children under 16 not receiving services are not permitted in the spa or salon.

Tipping
Please be aware that we do not have the ability to process tips through our credit card machine or deduct them from gift cards.
We have an ATM machine in the lounge for your convenience and can make change for you if you needed.
Alternatively each technician has a Venmo or Zelle account that you can use for tipping as well.
