What you can expect…

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage is delivered using light strokes and gentle stretching of the skin, with gloves and without the use of oil. 

To prepare for your treatment, drink at least 16 oz of water prior to your massage.  Expect to use the

restroom immediately following and several times throughout the rest of the day as this is our body’s way of eliminating waste.
