Our gel no-chip manicures are complete with a meticulous manicure with full attention to nail and cuticle maintenance.  With proper care, your polish will last 2-3 weeks.

Threading

Threading is the art of hair removal through the use of a thread. This technique originated in the Middle East, and is an effective way to remove unwanted facial hair and contour eyebrows. For clients using Retin-A and other skin thinning medications, threading is their only option for hair removal on the face. Swedish Massage

Swedish is a popular choice for those with moderate to low amounts of tension in their muscles. This technique is very effective at providing relief for stress and delivering total body relaxation through the application of moderate to light pressure with long and fluid strokes to manipulate the muscle tissue. Our swedish massage is also infused with aromatic heat, helping to melt away the stress of your busy life and deliver long-lasting relaxation and improved mobility as well as a reduction of stress.

Deep Tissue Massage

These treatments are a great selection for those with moderate to severe amounts of tension in their muscles. This technique is very different from swedish, but still should not be a painful experience. Deep Tissue massage incorporates therapeutic stretching combined with friction, deep pressure and trigger point release in order to restore fatigued muscles, reduce tension and prevent injury.  Recommended for chronic pain.

Get Rocked Massage

This massage utilizes warm, smooth basalt stones are incorporated into this service to provide pure relaxation. If you enjoy heat, you will especially love this treatment. Warm stones are placed throughout the massage and the therapist uses a blend of Swedish manual techniques as well as warm stones to reduce tension and melt your stress away. Not intended or recommended for individuals with high blood pressure.

Our application of this barefoot massage technique uses deep compression effleurage strokes that glide over the body. Prenatal Massage

Our Prenatal Massage are provided by Licensed Massage Therapist with specialized training and certification in Prenatal Massage.  We use specific pregnancy positioning pillows that allow you to safely lay face down all the while supporting your uterus and baby while reducing stress on your joints and lower back.

Prenatal Massages can only be performed after 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Each session begins with a customized blend of color to give you the color and tone that you desire. Whether you are looking for a hint of sun or a bronzed look, we can achieve either and everything in between. The best part is, our solution doesn’t stain, so you can wear your undergarments, swimsuit or nothing at all and you won’t have to worry about staining your clothing because it washes right out.

Prepare for your tan

Exfoliate with a washcloth or for best results, one of our recommended exfoliating products.

DO NOT use any body lotion, body cream, makeup, or perfume the day you will be tanning.

DO NOT wear any underarm deodorant or antiperspirant

Wear loose fitting clothing. (No tight fitting clothing, socks, or tight fitting shoe apparel.)

Bring a bathing suit, underwear or suitable attire. Women can tan nude if desired.

The tanning solution doesn’t stain and will wash out of clothing.

Post Tanning Instructions

Any minor bronzer rub-off will easily wash out of all fabrics but silk.

DO NOT wet your skin for at least 8 hours after the tanning session.

No shower or bath for at least 8 hours. (Best to wait till the next morning)

We also recommend that you do not exercise or perspire excessively until the next day after your tan.

Avoid touching or rubbing any tanned areas excessively.

When you do shower or take a bath, DO NOT scrub your body with a wash cloth. (Use hand and soap only.)

When showering or bathing DO NOT be concerned if some of the initial bronzer washes off.

DO NOT exfoliate the skin for 7 days after tanning.

Use daily moisturizer to extend the results.

Your tan will naturally fade over a period of days. (each tan should last 7-10 days.)
